Coffee: Noni’s Coffee Roasters, Stroud. We love Noni’s coffee almost as much as we love Noni. Her small team of women (and Selkie, the dog) roast the best specialty coffee we can find.
Dairy milk: We use a variety of suppliers but always the good stuff. Most commonly Castle Farm, Newport, as well as Duchy Organic on occasion.
Oat: TBC
Hot chocolate: Harth Chocolate, Bath, for its
Chai: I make it myself!
Pastries: we mix it up depending on day of the week and location. We love Salt Bakehouse, Stroud, Knead, Tetbury and Staple, Bristol.
